Here is what I learned: the app is the least important part of the app. A slick interface on slow filings and surprise renewals is still a bad deal.

- Start with the service: which states and countries it actually files in, what year one includes, what year two costs. Then check the app. - For the app: can you upload formation documents from your phone, does it push annual report and tax deadline reminders, can you message support inside it? - Read recent reviews, not the overall rating. A 4.5-star average can hide a broken update from last month. - Run your shortlist through a cost calculator and pick the jurisdiction first. The app is how you file and manage; the jurisdiction is the decision that affects your taxes and banking.

Get the big decision right first. I see people do this backwards constantly. And for US filings, IncorpTrack handles registration for $49 plus the state fee, with a free companion app tracking your order and post-formation checklist.
